Hello, i'm in need of a motherboard just around 60$ for these type of CPU and GPU

CPU: AMD 760K Richland Quad-Core 3.8GHz Socket FM2 100W Desktop Processor
GPU: SAPPHIRE 100366-2L Radeon R7 260X 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support Video Card or AMD Radeon R7 260X (are they the same specs but different design for aesthetics?)

A mobo with USB 3.0 ,at least 2 ram slots 8-16gb capacity (planning to put 2x 4gb ddr3 1600mhz), durable (like 2-3 days idle downloading while i'm away), 6gb/s (if able)

I don't use overclock and probably can't use crossfire benefits from the gpu.

It's my first time building a pc let alone a gaming one, i'm open to suggestions beyond the topic.

I'll take chance to also ask some things

Issues about bottlenecking between the CPU and GPU?
will 400-450w psu suffice?

Thanks a bunch,
Kai

These seem to fit the bill.

A decent quality 400-450W PSU *should* do the trick, as long as it is good quality.

You should not experience bottlenecking with that combination.
