Looking for a good motherboard + cpu combo for my 1050ti under 220$

Im looking to buy a new motherboard and a cpu for my gaming pc.

Right now im running an i5-4430 3ghz processor on my B85M-E33 MSI motherboard.

I feel like i can get much more performance out of my pc since i have the strong feeling that my 3ghz processor is holding my 1050 ti back.

I know very little about building computers and my budget is not super high so i would like to see what your ideas are. (Budget 150 - 220$)

PSU: (im at college right now so ill check when im home)
Screen resolution: 1920x1080 60hz (would like to upgrade to a 120 hz monitor)

I wanna be able to play most shooters at 120 fps minimum (since id like to buy a 120 hz screen). I dont need all settings on high but id like to have the jagged edges gone etc. with most resolution possible (i dont care about shadows as much).

Rocket league and csgo 120 fps minimum.

Pubg at a stable 80 fps (least stutters possible)

Perhaps the new Black ops on 60 fps minimum. (id just like to be able to run it)

Besides that id like to play as many/any games possible with atleast 60 to 80 fps.
