Looking for a good motherboard for sli and 4790k

Hi, i am looking for a good motherboard that will support sli 970s and a 4790k. I want it to be good at overclocking, since i do plan on overclocking my cpu and maybe my graphics cards. I also would like it to ready out of box, as i don't have much experience with flashing bioses or anything. I currently have a cm storm mid tower, so i would need it to fit that, but also fit a full tower, since i'm considering buying one for more sli room as well. I don't really have a budget for it, but i really wouldn't want to spend more than like 250 on it, since that seems a bit over priced for a motherboard at that point. Also, if you have any suggestion a good full case, plenty of space with good cooling for maybe around the 150-250 price, that would be nice. I know its not the right thread, but i have heard about intel releasing new cpus that are supposed to be good, i've been planning on buying the 4790k for awhile, but am slightly unsure about it atm now, if anyone has any advice on that, id appreciate it as well. I've got the Asus Z97 Hero, great mobo. After numerous builds on other Heros and brands/models it's still my number 1 pick (have the Z170 Hero on order 😉 )
