I really don't like this Radeon HD 7990. Lately, it is causing me random problems from shuttering to crashing blue screens. I think it have something to do with my new monitor(ASUS VQ248QE) recently.

My bill is starting to tell me I should buy new card.

Anyone knows any good NVIDIA cards that are under $400 and compatible with my ASUS VQ248QE for 3D and 144Hz?

I would like it if there is such as under $300 cards which are compatible with my monitor though!

I like to play Skyrim, Bioshock 2, Path of Exile, Payday 2, TF2, and warframe. I would like a futureproof card for medium settings. I could care less about high or ultra settings!

I heard GTX 970 have issues. Just saw this. http://www.kitguru.net/components/graphic-cards/anton-shilov/nvidia-will-not-admit-guilt-of-the-geforce-gtx-970-scandal/

What else besides GTX 970? I can't buy GTX 980. I checked GTX 960. It seems pretty good for mid-range gaming.

With how you're gonna be using it. 970 is gonna give you a lot of issues, and is not as futureproof as you might want it to be.
I'd suggest a 290 or 290x, but it's too much of a power hog.

By futureproof, I mean I want the card to be playable and can run medium settings and 30+fps. I said I don't care about high or ultra settings.
