Looking for a good performance video card with 220 watts PSU

Hi Guys, I'm Chris.

Well, I'm just looking for a good performance video card that can be probably compatible with my pc. I'm using Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT 1024 MB right now but i don't like the performance of this video card because it's doesn't run well on games like Battlefield 3, CoD: Black ops II, What can be a good video card that can handle those games pretty well that will be also compatible with my pc also the PSU (220 watts). Please suggest some. Thank you.

Processor: Pentium Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50 GHz
Ram: 2GB DDR2 333.3 MHz
Motherboard: eMachines EMCP73M (Intel)
Graphics : Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT 1024 MB

My PSU is small since my cpu case is small too .-. it will cost me a lot if i would buy a new PSU + Computer case :c
