Looking for a good SMPS within BUDGET

I am trying to build a PC. My yet to be config would be :
i5 4690k
asus maximus vii ranger/MSI g1 gaming 5
2tb hdd
h100 cooler
gtx 970 graphic card
24inch BENQ monitor.
RAM - 16gb 2133mhz

So can any one suggest a good psu to go with this config. I would be willing to spend upto 7k for a power supply. I am expecting reliability, stability and quality. So please do suggest. thanks

Except for a scattering of Seasonic, most of the PSUs on sale in India are crap.

Yes it is enough. Except seasonic and some PSU from corsair all other PSU's in available in India is pretty much junk.
