Looking for a good upgrade combo!

I have recently decided to re-vamp my pc with a few upgrades with the sudden line up of great games like GTA V. I currently own a GIGABYTE M68MT-S2 motherboard and a AMD FX 4100 which really don't 'jump the gap' lately.I need a CPU and Motherboard(LGA1150) combo for around or under £130 but I am really stuck with what to buy...HELP!
(Oh by the way, I can't be having it bottleneck my GTX 560ti and be able to fit for a 500w PSU)
