^ IMHO, that is too little of a budget for all those components and you're going to be compromising too far to realize any benefits over what you have (or had) to work with prior. Might as well invest that amount in bringing a little more oomph onto the i5-750 system by adding more ram and also dropping in a GPU though since you're already on a GTX950, going any higher will uncover a bottleneck on the CPU side.
Is it possible to pass on your full system's specs? In case we do decide to forget about power, quality and reliability and provide suggestions.
Yea np and i didnt need memory and my actuall budget is like 600$ beacuse im getting a job in about a month
