I'm looking for a good Wifi Adapter for my new build, I have about $55 to spend on it and my router runs at 5ghz and I prefer PCI.

I've been using the Rosewill N900PCE for well over a year now. It's a decent PCI-E card that can take advantage of both 2.4 and 5GHz networks. If you want to stay fairly cheap that's what I would suggest.
