There are a ton of different options out there at the $800 price range, but here's a quick list I threw together. I went a little under $800 on paper so you'd hit that target before receiving mail-in rebates and after buying a Windows 10 Pro key for ~$30 from Kinguin. You can make a lot of adjustments to this blueprint to fit your needs, like omitting or opting for a smaller hard drive or getting a beefier GPU. Since you'd be making videos, though, you'd probably want a nice and roomy hard drive to record to and archive footage.

They rated it highly because they don't know anything.
"It's cheap and it works after opening the box so obviously it's a 5 star product."
Anyone who's dealing with computer issues sees a ton of them being related to the CX series, which is made from low quality parts, but has the corsair brand name sticker on it to make it look better than it is. It's not fit to be in any gaming system, and even in non gaming systems it can cause all kinds of random BS issues.
