Hey there. So I've tinkered with friends builds and whatnot but this is going to be my first build completely from scratch and I was looking for some opinions. The gpu I was going to get, Sapphire Tri-X OC R9 290, has been rising insanely in price from what it was just a few weeks ago so I'm looking for alternatives. I'd like something fairly powerful, as I'd like to not have to worry for a while to come about low fps at very high or ultra settings while gaming.

I'm open to any and all suggestions, so please if you have one toss it at me. Feel free to make suggestions about the other components as well. Here's my build so far :

(Also I don't have a case listed as well, I haven't really looked for anything appealing yet)
