Looking for a GPU

I have a radeon hd 6450 and it sucks. I can't even play low-res 2D games. I have decided to get a new GPU, but can't find the right one for what I'm going to play. I'm going to play AAA games like battlefield, but also play smaller games like Cube World. I don't want to go crazy like a GTX 780, but a mid-end card like the 640 or 650. I don't know which card to pick for what I'm going to do. My budget at the max is 200. My specs are:
Athlon II X2 CPU
Radeon HD 6450 GPU
Can't find out motherboard. It's extinct or something.
