Am using a Intel core(TM) 2 duo cpu E6550 @2.33GHz what card do I need and what ram do I need to play gta v, pea 16 and rocket league

I'd recommend getting a GTX 750 Ti. It usually doesn't require an extra power connector from a power supply. Also 4 GB of ram at least or 6 GB or more (4x1 DDR2 or 2x1 and 2x2 DDR2 or 4x2 GB DDR2 if your motherboard has 4 dimm slots)

GTX750ti or 1050 or 1050ti, it depends, which one you can find easier and cheaper.

I would also try to get a second-handed Q6600 or better, as far as your BIOS allows.

Having at leat 8GB RAM is also very helpful.

...and...try to plan a big upgrade and move on to a newer platform e.g. Ryzen, Coffeelake, etc.
