Looking for a graphic card for 720p

Hello guys, will I play smoothly games like GTA V, Witcher 3, BF1 and etc. on 720p with i5 7400 and 8GB of RAM on Radeon HD 6870 1GB? I don't see sense to buy RX 570 for 720p so I'm gonna buy it with 1080p monitor. Sorry for my eng 😉

You could play those games at 720p with some of the game titles maxed out but since the architecture of that GPU is quite dated, it's likely that you will quickly opt for a new GPU when stuttering will take precedence. You could simply go for a second hand GTX680/780 and be done with it.

Mind sharing the rest of your system's specs?

At 720p, you could easily hit high FPS on your system build with something like a 750Ti. It's not too old, and it usually hands the butts to most games at 720p. 😛
