Looking for a graphic design computer build 2016

My work budget is about $2200. This build is $2353, which I may be able to swing.
This is what I have so far.

  -Samsung 512GB 950 PRO 2280, 2500 / 1500 MB/s, V-NAND, PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe, M.2 SSD
  -Samsung 2 x 128GB 850 Pro 7mm, 550 / 470 MB/s, 3D V-NAND, SATA 6Gb/s, SSD

I want to install the windows O.S. on the Samsung m.2 card.
I use adobe cs6 and use a lot of illustrator, photoshop, lightroom, and photo previewing and management. I don't do any video editing or games.
My big question is on on the graphics card. Been debating if that gtx970 is worth it or just get a low end gtx card or quadro card. Any recommendations on the graphic card or other components would be helpful.

Great build.... but I would go for the RX480

I would go for e5-2670 v3 instead of the i7 6700k.... those extra 8 cores will help a lot.
However, you're going to be couple of generations old but at the same time you will get more performance if you're doing graphic design. If you are going to game however, I would recommend the i7 6700k.

BUT, BUT, BUT you don't need a $2000 computer for Photoshop....
