Looking for a graphics card for a Lenovo H500s

Hi! I was looking to buy a graphics card, but didn't realize how hard it actually is! I have a Lenovo H500s mini-tower desktop, and I was wondering if someone could help me find a decent card for it. The Lenovo website states that it can be upgraded to a GT 620, but there are many of them so which do I choose! I also want to make sure that it'll phisically fit in my computer. My price range is about $0-$120, or around that.

What are you looking to do with this machine? Upgrade options are very limited because of the very limited power supply. If you're looking to game anything newer than five years ago you are going to need a new machine with a much, much better PSU.

See, with my machine, I can play most games on medium to low settings with my built in graphics, so will the graphics card make this better or worse?

It will be better, it's not going to run Witcher 3 or GTA V on high settings. As long as you don't go in expecting a new GPU to work miracles it will be fine.
