Looking for a great headset around 100$

Basically im looking for a great headset for around 100$. I currently have the first edition of the razer kraken pro, and i am looking for a headset without a built in mic and usb be preferred. I no nothing about audio and am just looking for suggestions on which mic is better then the kraken pro. I have nothing wrong with the kraken pro just i been using it for 4 years now and i want experience with other kinds of headsets.

I have the logitech g430 headset and the audio is great! It comes with surround sound which is even better. However, the foam pad on top of the headset hurts my head when I wear it for too long, as it is a bit stiff.
