What's going to be your primary use for the machine? It's easier for people to review your build if they know what you intend to use it for, ie, gaming, or business, or media server, etc.

Nice build +1. Any GTX 980 is fine, go with a company that you prefer, or if you ever decide that down the road you want to SLI get the reference design cooler. It will be much cooler then a dual fan cooler like the ACX cooling.

Go for the I7-4790K, its cheaper with a significantly higher clock speed. Also changed the MB. It also supports SLI and I used EVGA's version that is the reference fan design.

Samsung SSDs have the lowest RMA rate which speaks volumes about their quality.
