Price should be average, not too high (eg: $600). I'd also like a general review of this build, if possible, thanks!

Nice build +1. Any GTX 980 is fine, go with a company that you prefer, or if you ever decide that down the road you want to SLI get the reference design cooler. It will be much cooler then a dual fan cooler like the ACX cooling.

EDIT: That Asus MB is pretty expensive, any reason you need that particular model? If not I would recommend taking a look at Toms "Best Of" MB Z97 MB list: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-intel-amd-motherboard,3902.html#p3

Go for the I7-4790K, its cheaper with a significantly higher clock speed. Also changed the MB. It also supports SLI and I used EVGA's version that is the reference fan design.

-4790K is the updated version of the 4770K with better cooling.
-CM Nepton 240M is the best 240mm AiO cooler: https://youtu.be/65-aR4o8iT4
-ASUS Maximus is a very highly regarded mobo on Tom's Hardware: it's loaded with features
-Got the Fury RAM because color coordination XD
-850 EVO has much higher read/write speeds AND is cheaper
-ASUS Strix comes with a backplate and has customizable fan curves.
-Enthoo Pro review: https://youtu.be/cBhmn21ylkc

-750W is more than you need, but should you choose to SLI in the future it should be enough. Double check on an online PSU wattage calculator though if you choose to SLI, like this: http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp
-EVGA G2 750W review by JonnyGURU: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=380
-it's just as good as Seasonic, but cheaper.

This build is better, cheaper, and COLORS COORDINATE! Sorry if I sound too much like a businessman.

It's fine. I also got another suggestion from /r/buildapc and would like you to see the parts I am debating.
