i have 1366x768 resolutin.when i record a video and open it its clear its HD but when i put it in filmora it gets lower,and when i post it on youtube the max resolution is360p..How to make it 720p help

Often quality and speed is based on YOUR internet connection, i.e. a video you can only see in 360p I can possibly see in 1080p because I have 150MB download internet connection and you have a 5Mb connection.
