Unfortunately, you cannot upgrade the CPU in your laptop. The Pentium N3710 in your laptop uses the FCBGA1170 socket, which means the CPU is soldered to the socket.
That doesn't means it's impossible just a lot harder. Most CPU's are soldered to the motherboard in laptops. However that still is a job best left to pros.
The N3710 also appears to be the highest performance CPU on the FCBGA1170 socket. There are no Core-series CPUs supported by the socket, just low TDP Atoms, Celerons, and Pentiums.
