Looking for a laptop around $400

I am looking for a laptop with windows 8 that is around $400 with at least 4gb of memory and a at least 400 fb hard drive im looking at this laptop; http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834314732CVF what are your thoughts? Any better ideas?

That is pretty low end with that celeron processor and screen is 11.6. What are you going to be using it for?

I will be using it for my school work and minecraft without mods and i have a restricted budget because i blew $1600 on a desktop gaming pc

Minecraft will run pretty poorly on a Celeron CPU, you'd have try running it with the optimine mod to help.

I think i'm going to go for the top one, amd-7400p scores higher than intel i5-5200u, and the amd r6 graphics scored higher than the intel graphics as well.
The top one also has 2gb more ram, and 500 gb more hd space.

Costs around $390 and meets all your requirements easily. In fact, has a fifth gen Core i3, along with a 1TB HDD and 6GB RAM. Touch screen as well and has Windows 8.1

It's number 1 on this list and probably the best laptop under $400.
