Looking for a laptop to play CSGO and GW2

Id like CSGO to be playable at 60fps
and GW2 at 30fps

Id like the price to be around 300-400$ (also i will buy refurbished not just looking for new)

If you can find this laptop for me that would be sweet. also any resolution and low settings would be fine.
