Looking for a low budget and best SSD for PC

My budget is less than $150. I am going to dedicate my two games with 30+GB each on one SSD.

Recommend me the good SSD! Thanks! Also, if it's important to tell you my PC specs. I have i7-4770k, 8GB Ram, and Radeon HD 7990. I have a 2TB harddrive on it already.

Also...
Whenever I try to check the difference between two certain SSD at newegg, I am not sure if the higher number is better or not. I will leave it to you experts. How do I know which is better?

I would get the Crucial Mx100. A 250gb ssd for $110. I got one and it's good.
