Looking for a low budget CPU cooler please help!

So I'm going buying my parts for my first gaming PC on Tuesday and I haven't got a CPU cooler chosen yet, can anyone recommend a good £10-£40 one?

Asus z87-K MoBo
GTX 760 twin frozr 2gb GPU

600w corsair PSU
1TB Seagate harddrive

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is a popular recommend around here. It really has a lot of bang for its buck.

Another option would be the Thermalright True Spirit 140, if you case can fit a 170mm tall heatsink (I can't find the specifications anywhere).

Within your budget is also the Be Quiet! Shadow Rock 2.
