looking for a low budget processor and motherboard

i want to upgrade my pc,so i've decided to buy gigabyte ga h81m-s motherboard and AMD AM3+ fx 4300 processor,which are in my budget,but i'm very confused that these are compatible with each other or not,if not please suggest me the alternative.

Yeah, very much incompatible. What does your budget look like? Assuming you have some DDR3 memory, this is almost always a sound option.
