I have had issues with my computer since the day I got it out of the box and I am now ready to just get rid of it and move on and build one of my own with parts from the old one (if possible). Here is what I would go with. That GTX660 is still a good card and should work well for you. You don't need to spend extra for an 800 watt...

If you want to save memory of your old build and HDD + case

I definitely intend on sending the case with the rest of parts I don't use. I'm curious why on the first build you used an 800 watt power supply and on the others you used only a 450? Also I am looking for something cheap now that when I have money I can upgrade later on not sure if this will be something I can do that with or not. I appreciate all the feedback. I am a novice at this and have never built one but eager to learn, and I would like to go with an Intel processor for sure.

I did use tgat 800w because it is best psu in market now. So if you buy it now it is good for use like 10 years or so.
450w is bit small but that gold psu is good. 550w is better (bigger) but price is much more.

If build needs to be cheap then maybe best look XFX or seasonic psu. And AMD build is maybe bit cheaper. Not much.

Well if you say that is the best one then I might as well spend a little more and just get that power supply and it hold up to whatever upgrades I do in the future. So, basically I need a good motherboard and a decent processor (preferably Intel) because I'm just going to use the ram and hdd from my old computer, as well as a case preferably one with plenty of pre installed fans and good airflow. (I have quite a bit of trouble with overheating with this case aka why I'm getting rid of it.)

Here is what I would go with. That GTX660 is still a good card and should work well for you. You don't need to spend extra for an 800 watt PSU... This 550 watt model from XFX is a high quality unit made by SeaSonic and will be plenty of power for you, and more appropriate price wise.

I went with a locked CPU, if you don't have plans to overclock then this will work great, otherwise you would need to step up to the i5-4670K and a Z87 motherboard.

That Corsair 500R is a very good case with great airflow, it will keep everything cool.

Well I was thinking as a later on down the road if I do decide to go the upgrade route to a overclocked cpu. I would already have the motherboard is it more of a just wait and see whats out then kind of thing?

There will likely be a new socket out then, which would require a new motherboard and possibly different RAM. So I would buy the overclocked CPU now, and then it will last you longer because you can overclock it to keep up with the new games.

Alright took your advise and went with the I5-4670K, and went with the Gigabyte G1 sniper motherboard:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128671
(good idea?). I also chose the corsair 500r case and the xfx power supply you supplied.
Curious on your thoughts about ram for the setup? I intend to use the ram and hard drive out of the old one but eventually I will probably replace the ram in the new one and put the old ram back in the old one (I know confusing) and then buy another hard drive to stick in there so I can sell it outright to someone.
So basically I'm asking what ram would be good for this setup
