Looking for a low budget rig with everything. Budget is >$700

Hey everyone! I'm looking for a PC which costs about $700 or less (Including the peripherals and monitor). I'm really not considering an AMD rig unless it's really cheap and offers good bang for the buck. Also, my main needs are gaming and basic processing. I would really appreciate if you guys will post a set up that's relevant to my budget. Also, those who have an AMD/Radeon setup, please post your experiences with the company and whether they catch excessive heat. Thanks people for being so helpful... I really appreciate this! I'm adding a poll consisting of AMD/Radeon and Intel/Nvidia as these are the most common set ups I've seen and I'm confused between them Fan-war not intended.

Additional query- Is it wise to download Windows 7 from websites like the pirate bay? Or would I be better of buying an original copy?
