Looking for a microphone

I just recently bought the Gamdias EROS EQ GHS3610 gaming headset, I later came to see that the microphone that comes with it is a 3.5mm that plugs into the left earcup. The quality is awful, can i get a different mic to plug into the 3.5mm or do I have to get an entirely different microphone?

It honestly might be wise to go ahead and invest in a BLU Snowball if you are looking for a good quality Mic.

is that better than just going for a blue yeti at that point? I know you have to pay for quality but do they go lower than $100
