Looking for a mid case to meet my mid-high end gaming build needs

Hi everyone,

I'm slowly putting together a PC that I intend to use for gaming. It's worth noting that the only component I have so far is the motherboard (an MSI Gaming 5), and I'm just waiting until the rest comes on sale. I'm looking for a case, and could use some help.
While at first I was thinking I wanted to build a big, awesome full form factor machine, I realized that I like lugging my rig around to LAN events too much and want a mid tower if possible.
I plan on using the following parts, roughly, for the build:
CPU: i7-4790k (stock cooler replaced)
GPU: two GTX 980s in SLI (one at first, two when I get the money)
PSU: 750W+ Corsair modular (not sure of the model yet)
Memory: 32 (4x8 GB) 1600 MHz RAM (2x8 GB at first)
Storage: Two SSDs and two HDDs (not sure about models yet, probably 840/850 EVOs and WD Blacks)
Optical drives: One or two optical drives (BD-DVD)
Other: Internal wireless/bluetooth and card reader

I'm wanting something that will fit everything in a comfortable way, and have enough room for adequate cooling - I'm also considering eventually upgrading to liquid cooling (just for the CPU) so a case with enough room for that is a huge bonus.
Cable management features are optional given the modular PSU, but a nice touch. I'd also like something with a decent amount of USB 3.0 ports, enough to fill out my motherboard.
I'm not looking for anything overly fancy. I'm not against it, and I'd prefer the case be well-made, but it doesn't have to have LED lights or a super-cool design or anything. It just needs to fit my functional needs.
Cost isn't an issue, really, but cheaper is nice.

If you could help point me in the right direction for a case that fulfills all of this, I'd really appreciate it (heck, I appreciate you reading this). I'd also appreciate any comments on my build, though I should note I also do audio work, hence the large amount of RAM and probably-better-than-needed CPU.
It's worth noting I haven't built my own PC in over 10 years - but I'm eager to get back into things.

Thanks in advance!

You should take a look at he NZXT Phantom cases. They are pretty nice. They have preinstalled fans and everything. They also have lots of space to work with.
