Hi i need a modem which has:

*torrent support
*works fine with a 3,5 inch 2 tb external hard drive (which i can watch videos and use files in hdd with my ios and android devices)
*with usb 3.0
*supports vdsl adsl and fiber
*price can be max 100 $

Solution
You cant get a modem to support two different connection types, its one or the other.

I think you are meaning a router as a modem makes no difference about torrents and external hard dives.

A modem just converts your adsl, fiber, coax to Ethernet, a router provides addresses and logic to allow you to hookup multiple computers to the 1 internet connection. Now there are combo router/modems so that is probably what is causing the confusion.

My ISP is TTnet. Now i am using adsl but there is a chance i get fiber soon. So i dont want to buy modem twice. For example Asus DSL-N14U supports both adsl and fiber. DSL-AC68U model is enough for me but it's too expensive

No that does not support fiber, it is only for adsl.

Fiber uses a media converter that converts fiber data to Ethernet data; it then outputs to an Ethernet cable.
Yes that box has Ethernet connections but those are Ethernet OUT ports (called LAN) not Ethernet IN ports (Called WAN).

What you should be looking at is getting a separated router and modem instead of a combo box.
Then you can keep your router no matter what service you go to and just have to change the modem.

Here is a adsl modem, I have no idea though if it will work with your service provider: http://www.amazon.com/TD-8616-Downstream-Bandwidth-Lightning-Protection/dp/B0034JSYZ2/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1424975819&sr=8-1-fkmr1&keywords=ttnet+adsl+modem

As far as a router, you are not going to find a router with usb 3.0 and pay less then $170-200 USD. You need a high end router to have the speed to be able to need usb 3.0. Frankly even those high end routers will have a hard time providing a connection at speeds > then the 480mbps of usb 2.0.
If you can live without USB 3.0 then here is a decent router, especially if you reflash it to DDWRT:
