Question Looking for a monitor with specific specs

Does anyone know a good monitor with:
-Minimal backlight bleeding (OLED?)
-1920x1080p native resolution
-22 inches wide
-60Hz refresh rate
-IPS panelling
-Thin bezels
(Main purpose: games)
Someone also showed me this one that's cheap and looks really promising but it's 75Hz and doesn't specify OLED or anything that would hint towards minimal backlight bleed, so something similar would be nice.
