Looking for a motherboard, any advice?

Hello there,
I'm buying some new hardware, but I can't decide which motherboard to get.

Specs:
MSI GTX 970 Gaming 100ME
Intel i5 6600K
Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB 2666 MHz DDR4
CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO
Seasonic Energy Knight SS-500ET, 500W

I've been looking at the Gigabyte GA-Z170 DH3, is it a solid choice or should I buy a different one? (In a similar price range please)

I think all modern motherboard will support MSI GTX 970 Gaming 100ME.
