Looking for a Motherboard: I want your opinion

I have an E6300, Looking at getting 2 x 1GB DDR2 800 ram.

I defiantly want to overclock, and I would like support for SLI.
I am looking to spend between $100-$200

What do you recommend? I've been looking at reviews for the last week, and It seems like I am getting more and more confused.

If you want sli you might wanna go with the evga 680i because its cheaper
than the stricker board but if you want something cheap and good for OCing get the giagbtye DS3 or S3.
