Looking for a motherboard that can support at least 3 GPUs

Never done a SLI or crossfire setup before.

I'd like to have a motherboard that can do at least 3 gtx 1060's without any any crazy case mods.

Any advice is appreciated.

Get a single better card and never worry about SLI issues.

nVidia no longer supports anything beyond 2 way SLI. Many games will not even launch if you have a 3way SLI setup running. You would be much better off getting a single 1080 or 1080ti as you wont have to deal with performance scaling issues.

I'm guessing you are looking into a mining setup not gaming?

It doesn't matter what motherboard you get, nvidia 1060 don't have sli support.

And even with higher cards you need x99 or x299 motherboard with cpu that have 28+ pcie lanes for running 3 cards, as you cant use sli with only 4x.
