Looking for a Motherboard

I am doing a from scratch new build and have little experience with picking out a motherboard that will work. The processor that I am getting is an

Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I73770K

any assistance is appreciated.

^ A budget for the motherboard would make it much easier to help you with that. Motherboards on the 1155 socket range from about $50 to over $300 so it is hard to say where your needs lie.

Our budget is in the 100 - 150 $ range, as for overclocking I am not planning on any heavy overclocking, slight possibly but not any large amount.
