Old school ish movie I believe (early 2000ish) About a kid who is forced to move somewhere with his mom. There he meets a girl and they debate about sex or something like that, they end up experimenting, she gets pregnant and that's all I can really remember. I do however remember a bus scene. Coming to age movie I believe, last watched it on YT but can't remember the name.

"Juno" perhaps? With Michael Cera and the girl from Inception. They're young teens and she gets pregnant blah blah blah so on and so forth

I believe the movie you are looking for is titled "Juno" like the previous person responded. It does feature Michael Cera and Ellen Page is the actress that gets pregnant. It came out in 2007.
