Looking for a multi directional fan stand

Im looking to buy a fan mount to hold the fan in the center of the case. Have seen it being used by youtuber's when they have setup's on test benches, like this one seen at 4:10: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ItMY3WHHowQ&t=324s

Ive searched for all different kinds of names for the stand, but cant find it. Any tips on who to buy from?

By fan, you mean the one in the center of the video between 0:20 ~ 0:25. He looks like he's using this Bench/Test Table or similar:

It looks like it's designed for the bench/test table. But if you know how to install them in your case then here is the parts list you can purchase for the fan mount:

Well that clears that clears things up a bit, I was certian I have seen it being used inside cases, but now I'm not sure anymore. Thank you for the response
