Question Looking for a multiplayer FPS game with a community you've had a good experience with, what would you suggest?

I'm well aware that trolls exist, and that's not against the law or anything. Just so long as there's enough communities around to find a group of players who actually want to play as a team (even if it's not a regular thing with the same people) I'd still play it, probably for longer than a "multiplayer" game that has a relative lack of community.
 
Rainbow Six Siege. Very heavily depending on multiplayer, the community depends far more on mic/discord. Rather than text, but you do get good friends in there, and people usually looking for a stack (create some sort of normal rotation between playerbases). It is an esports title though. So it is a "tryhard game", a lot of insanely good players, streamer/type of players, trolls and so on.But on PC, the seriousness seems to maintain as long as you play it with friends

EDIT: As long as you use Discord to find people, people scrim and so on. It is heavily depending on comms/info. So solo queue vs Discord, is basically like 2 different games
