Looking for a new $250 phone

I am in the market for a new cheap phone, but have no idea which is a good phone to buy. If you have any suggestions I greatly appreciate it. As of right now I have only looked at the Axon 7 mini, and Letv Le Max 2 X829.

If you are OK with waiting a bit for shipping or looking around a bit for a local seller, the Elephone S8 has very good specs for the price.
