or

ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB

also im using

Thermalright Intel 12th/13th Generation LGA1700 Anti-Bending Bucklet

You might be able to use a high end air cooler instead on a 12700k. You can find test results that show there are some air coolers that can keep a 13700k in control unless you remove the power limit and then it will thermal throttle on many water coolers.
It also depends on if you are running workloads that run all cores at maximum.

You would have to dig around to find test results with those 2 exact coolers. What you generally see is if noise is a key factor the acrtic tends to win. If you can tolerate max fan noise there are some coolers that cool better. So there is not a ever a clear answer on this type of question.

The other issue is how hard it is to set the RGB stuff to work with your other RGB in your system. I do not use RGB stuff so I have no idea on these units but I have seen some that only work with their controller.

MSI MAG CoreLiquid 360R V2
Word of warning: You can't - erm, shouldn't - do top radiator installations on models that have moved the pump inside the rad.
It won't last very long that way.
All the models that have gone this route have a telltale black cube embedded in the radiator.

Version 2 supposedly resolved the very early clogging problem that Version 1s were having, but since there's been little word on the street, I guess it's been fixed.

arctic freezer ii 360mm not the prettiest but cheap and very good ..
the lian li galahad ii trinity is said to be the best aio cooler around at the moment and at a good price !!

EK nucleus is my favorite, second to the new galahad trinity II performance by Lian LI, however the nucleus is not as loud, smaller thickness so it will fit better in most cases. EK is coming out with a new AIO based on the nucleus, it will also have an LCD screen and presumably higher performance. No idea why tomshardware doesnt include it on the websites top AIO's articles when toms itself has shown the EK is second for performance.

The 12700K is not a hot processor that needs ultra cooling.
Particularly if used in gaming where all threads will not be fully occupied.
Noctua maintains a list of suitable air coolers.
Here is the list for the 12700K:

aio cooling is really air cooling.
The difference is where the heat exchange takes place.
In addition to the cpu, your graphics card needs cooling air as does the motherboard.
What is the make/model of your case?
