Looking for a new CPU and motherboard for GTX 1060 3GB

So i am currently looking for a new CPU and Motherboard as currently I am running on a CPU bottleneck on every game;
I am in the UK

My PC Specs Are as Follows:

CPU: AMD A8 7650k @ 4.2Ghz

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-HD2

RAM 16GB Unbranded RAM @ 1600mhz

HDD: Seagate Desktop HDD 1TB

PSU: EVGA 600W PSU 80+ Rated

Monitor: AOC e2460s (60hz 1080P, I am supersampling this to 1440p)

I currently have a budget of around £200-250 for a CPU AND Motherboard, I am willing to buy used and was looking at an i7 3960x, but the motherboards were too much to go into my budget, please reply with some suggestions, going used is an option as stated previously and you can help me out!

I also do things in photoshop on a regular basis and a large amount of my games are CPU intensive, Eg: GTA 5
