Looking for a new gpu

Hi guys,
I need advice for a new gpu.

this is my current pc built:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X3 720
GPU: AMD HD 7870
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 500GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB
RAM: 4x4GB
MBD: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3

If you guys have any suggestions for a new gpu or any other upgrade in my pc please tell me.
(im not looking to buy a new pc)

You'll never get better performance with any GPU on that processor. It would be bad bottleneck. Now, if you would upgrade it to at least FX6300 it would be good for R9 380 or something in that range, maybe even Rx 480 - GTX 950/960.
