Question Looking for a new GPU

Looking for a new GPU. Here are my system specs:

Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400 CPU @ 2.90GHz, 2904 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 6 Logical Processor(s)
MOBO - Gigabyte H310M M.2 2.0
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER

Looking to stay under $300. Happy to buy used.

I have seen a couple NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super's used for around $200-$250. Worth it?

Any suggestions?
