Looking for a new Graphic Card

my pc name is compaq presario sr1732il & i have a Pentium 4 3.06 ghz processor, 2GB(2.00 usable) RAM DDR2 , and a 250W HIPRO SMPS, windows 7 home premium 32-bit system....... will Gainward NVIDIA 1GB DDR3 GF210 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card work on this system? and oh yes my motherboard is RC-410 M motherboard... so will it work on this motherboard?

i would first recommend getting a new power supply, its wont be able to handle the load of a new, more high end GPU. so buy maybe a 500w power supply and i would get the GTX 560ti, or 650ti, both aren't to expensive, and run very well,
