Looking for a new graphics card. GPU

My motherboard died so I'm looking for newer more compatible components, that will work well with my new Amd FX-8310 processor.

I need a new GPU, AMD preferred, a 3gb Card should work. (Unless you know of one that is better, I'm Willing to pay around $150)

My Current specs:
HIS 6790 1gb GPU

2 4gb Corsair Vengeance 1866mhz memory.

AMD FX-8310 3.4Ghz 8-core processor.

OCZ 750 Watt psu

PSU isn't holding you back, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127760&cm_re=270x-_-14-127-760-_-Product I would suggest this if you have the extra cash till you get the rebate, or a 265 if you can't stretch the budget and wait for a rebate.
