Looking for a new graphics card probably gtx 1060

As said above im looking towards getting a new graphics card, ive had my eyes on the new gtx 1060 and rx 480 for a while but now i wanna know which one i should get.
as for my pc specs atm:
Cpu: intel i5 4440 3.1 ghz
Gpu: gtx 745 oem
Psu: 350 watt
Ram: 8gb

Budget:
Gpu: 300 euros
Other Parts: 100+-

thank you in advance, oh and im pretty sure my psu needs replacing so if anyone would know something that would work well would be awesome, i really want this upgrade to be succesful
