Looking for a new graphics card

I am looking for a new gpu. My price range is less than $200. I like NVidia better than amd. My current card is a radeaon hd 6950, which I think is dying on me because it started to artifact a couple of months ago when gaming. I believe I have a 700w Corsair psu. I don't know how to check for sure. I need something that will run ARMA 3, War Thunder, Battlefield games, and planetside 2. The less expensive the better, but something better than my current card. Couple of GTX760 at just around $200. The nicer ones will be a little more expensive. EVGA GTX750Ti FTW edition would be the next card down without going back a generation on technology. (GTX670 or GTX660Ti)

R9-280 (HD7950) would be quite a bit under $200, and there are a few off-brand R9-280X at around $200. R9-270X (HD7870) would be probably be as fast or slightly slower then the HD6950.

I should add, that anything less then these choices will likely be slower then your HD6950, second fastest single GPU from AMD from its generation.

Right now I am thinking of getting either the R9 270x or R9 280. My only concern is with the R9 280, will my XFX 750W psu be enough to run it?

XFX 750 should be enough to run two high end GPUs, without overclocking.
