Looking for a new laptop

My mom needs a laptop for college these are the features she is looking for
- Light weight
- Back lit keyboard
- Microsoft office suite
pre-loaded on the computer
- Touch screen with windows 8
- Detachable keyboard
And she also said one that doesn't get hot when she uses it for long periods of time i told her that she would probably need to buy a fan or something but im not sure.
So if someone could recommend any laptops that meet most or all of those requirements that would be great and also if you could keep it $800 or less thanks

MS Office will be a trial on it, you can probably order the full version but it will add a few 100 to the price.

Detachable keyboard is not really a laptop but a convertible tablet and with a touch screen that would send the price over $800.

Out of those brands, Samsung is probably the best, HP and Toshiba next, Acer would be my last pick, it would be slow although good battery life and Acer in general has lower reliability ratings than other brands.
