Question Looking for a new laptop

I need a new budget laptop, should I go with Ryzen 5 3500U, or Ryzen 3 3200U, is there any big differences? I'm looking at Acer Aspire 3 A315-41 laptops, is it a good laptop for an early software engineer student? I mostly just code some stuff, and any suggestion for a better choice? Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Avoid Acer at all costs in this price range. Their screens are horrible.

I'm in Indonesia, well my price range is around that laptop price, which is far from ideal, but that's all I got, and thanks for the reply

-4 GB DDR4
-256 GB SSD
-Full HD

or HP 14-cm0076AU - 4RJ31PA (I consider this because I daily use the train, and this laptop only weight around 3kg, while the others are above 5kg):
-Ryzen 5 2500U
-1x4 GB DDR4
-1 TB HDD
-768p SVA

btw the Acer I was talking about:
-Ryzen 5 3500U
-2x4 GB (Likely to be DDR4)
-1 TB HDD
-768 TN

So which one should I get?
