Looking for a new laptop.

I am looking to buy a new laptop, last time I got a refurnished HP2000dv from tigerdirect.com, but my battery needed and still do, to be constantly recharging. I am will like to know if anyone have had a good experience with a brand or model that you can recommend me buying. I used the laptop mostly to go online and work on my personal webpage: Dead PC.

at least 160 GB of hard drive
2 RAM of Memory
DVD Dual Layer


The rest is not important. I don't use the laptop for gaming.

I will just use it to run Photoshop and Flash. No video edition.
